講義概要  This course will familiarize the students with the basic theories and practices in Human Capital and Organization Management and Leadership. In the first half, it will provide the students with understanding of purposes and roles of Human Capital Management, Human Capital flow (hiring, training, development, retirement), Reward system, Performance Management and improvement of productivity. In the second half, it will focus on the Organization Management, which includes Organization Diagnosis, Management of Organization Structure, Processes, Capability and Culture. It will also focus on effective leadership. Objective of this course is not to develop HCM professionals but to provide the students with basic understanding on "how to manage people and organization" from manager’s perspective. Throughout the course, the students will examine possible application of their learning to their back home problems.
